| Our first ever event in Los Angeles! We have graciously been invited to host an event at the John Tracy Clinic in downtown L.A. John Tracy Clinic is a private, non-profit education center founded by Louise Treadwell Tracy in 1942. Its mission is to offer hope, guidance and encouragement to families of infants and preschool children with hearing losses by providing free, parent-centered services worldwide. The Clinic has over 60 years of expertise in the spoken language option.

Minimum Donation: |
First and foremost this is a charity event so in keeping with that theme, you are required to raise a minimum of $100 in order to participate. We hope you raise more. As incentive, you can choose to participate in the BUY A BRICK... BUILD A FOUNDATION Program. Please visit the John Tracy Clinic website for more information. If you choose to use the BUY A BRICK option, you will need to bring a reciept to the event in order for it to count towards your minimum donations. |

We are also selling hours of music! One hour = $20, and 100% will be donated to The John Tracy Clinic. Bring your own CD, or make a mix of songs and burn a CD! Select upbeat music that you think most people will enjoy… no classical please. We will play your music during the course of the day. |

Bring With You (Tiara Optional):
Enough supplies to get you through the day. Sweetpeas and Snapshots, a scrapbooking treasure in West L.A., will be at the event selling basic supplies such as Bazzil paper and adhesive, and will also be providing a make n’ take table!
Donate your handmade items:
Do you paint, knit, make jewelry or anything crafty? We would love you to donate your own handmade creation to be silent auctioned off. Together we can raise money for this worthy organization.

Queen of Philanthropy
Bring in the most donations for the John Tracy Clinic and be crowned “Queen of Philanthropy”. We have a list of suggestions for collecting donations. Click here to see them.
Queen of Silent Auctions
We will have lots of items available for you to bid on! The participant that donates the most money through silent auction will be crowned "Queen of Silent Auctions"

The Fine Print
- By registering for one of our events, you agree to use reasonable care and caution when using the equipment, some of which is capable of causing severe personal injury if used improperly or carelessly. You agree to hold Scrapbook Royalty, it's principals, employees and agent, harmless from any and all liabilities resulting from equipment usage.
- All attendees shall understand that as an event participant, their photo may be taken at any Scrapbook Royalty event and that such photos may be used in future publicity endeavors. By registering for a Scrapbook Royalty event, you indicate that you have reviewed this and other event policies and that you give your consent for use of these photos in any future Scrapbook Royalty promotional material and/or publicity campaigns.
- No refunds will be given. However, your registration fee is transferable up to 24 hours before the event.
- Scrapbook Royalty reserves the right to cancel any event. In the event of any such cancellation, registrants will be notified via e-mail and all paid fees will be refunded.
- No one under the age of 8 may attend. Anyone under the age of 18 who registers must be accompanied by a registered adult the entire time. Please use your best judgment when deciding to register your child. They are more than welcome but keep in mind that most of the participants are adults.
- No alcohol on the premises.
