Scrapbookers are a unique group. They are sentimental, caring people who love to get together and crop! It is a natural fit for them to have a great time while raising money for charity. That being said, we are taking donations of hand made items to add to the silent auction.
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE REGISTERED PARTICIPANT TO CONTRIBUTE! Everyone is welcome to donate. Anything hand made qualifies. It can be a mini book, a necklace, a scarf… the possibilities are endless. Get creative and get recognized for your creativity!
Nothing is more rewarding than donating to noble causes.
Please email us at info@scrapbookroyalty.com if you are able to contribute so we can register your item and assign it an auction number.

Childcare at the Event:
Yes, we are going to have childcare at this event!! This is not a typo. What's Fantasyland without kids? So why not bring them. You no longer have the "I can't find a babysitter" problem. You can come and be treated like royalty. Your kids will be entertained by the Boys & Girls Club of San Marcos Staff and Princesses.
Childcare will be available from 9 am till 9 pm. Of course this is still for charity so you will need to donate a minimum of $5 per hour for the first child and $3 per hour for each additional child.
Here is how it works:
- You will receive a childcare registration form and liability release with your welcome packet.
- You must return the registration form and signed liability release by February 15th, 2008.
- You must be on the premises at all times. The kids will be on the Boys and Girls Club property, just in another room.
- No children allowed in the event area unless they are registered for the crop.
- Parents of children that are not able to eat the food provided or that cannot feed themselves will be called at meal times to come feed their child.
- Any medication needs to be administered by the parent.
- You will be called if the child needs a diaper change.
- For your convenience, the hourly fee will be added to your "tab" and you will write a check for the total donation when you are ready to leave.

Invite your Knight:
We know those significant others think we are a little crazy with our obsession/addiction so why not invite them to the party and let them see what it's all about! Significant others, friends and family are invited to attend the Royal Feast at 7:30pm. For just a $10 donation per person, they can visit, eat and see what all the commotion is about. We will have a short presentation at dinner time with updates on how much money we raised, crownings and some prizes. Also a great segue for them picking up those kids from childcare! Remember, childcare is till 9 pm so either someone's needs to pick up your little angels and put them to bed, or you have to leave early and miss the rest of the fun!
Fairy Fly-Bys
Watch for falling fairy dust and glittery bags of goodies!
